PointOne Holdings Announces Gateway Peachtree Corners
a 160-Unit, Multifamily Development in Metro Atlanta’s Peachtree Corners/Norcross

Miami, January 11, 2022

South Florida Real Estate Firm PointOne Holdings has partnered with Atlanta’s FIDES Development to develop a 160-unit, institutional-quality, class “A” multifamily apartment community to be located in Metro Atlanta’s highly coveted northern suburb of Peachtree Corners/Norcross.

The property will be an elevator-serviced, four-story building with closed, conditioned corridors and a best-in-market amenity set. The project is being built on three acres and will benefit from excellent visibility to 90,000 cars per day on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and 45,000 cars per day on Jimmy Carter Boulevard. In addition, the project is located in a Federal Designated Qualified Opportunity Zone (OZ) which may provide ownership tax benefits once the investment is held for 10 years.

“We’re excited to add this project to our portfolio of multifamily developments, bringing PointOne Holdings to 4,071 units under construction across 14 properties,” says Leo Peicher, PointOne Holdings Managing Partner. “Located in the highly sought-after Peachtree Corners submarket, this property will offer residents high-quality living in an open, suburban community.”

The joint venture recently closed the site acquisition and financing for the project and construction is already underway. First apartment units as well as the leasing and resident centers are expected to deliver the third quarter of 2023.
