The Downtown Kennesaw Apartments will feature 3 and 4 story garden-style multifamily buildings and will be developed in the high barrier-to-entry city of Kennesaw, a well-established Metro Atlanta suburb located 12 miles northwest of the city’s central 285 Perimeter highway. The property will be part of a 19-acre mixed use master development which will include 44 for-sale townhomes, 10,000 square feet of retail and a linear park, all walkable to Downtown Kennesaw’s restaurants, breweries, and shops. The community will have extraordinary access to large universities and hospitals as well as to Atlanta’s central business district.

Downtown Kennesaw Apartments is the second project in the $155 million POH 9 Portfolio capital raise.
