The Taylor at Greenway apartments bring sleek design and views of the Rocky Mountains. (CoStar)
With its long horizontal lines and gently sloping pitches, The Taylor at Greenway apartments honors its environment by creating vistas throughout the grounds that accent or frame the natural motifs of the surrounding landscape.
The multifamily development, a partnership between Stillwater Capital and PointOne Holdings, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, has earned a 2025 CoStar Impact Award for multifamily development of the year, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
Overcoming high interest rates, construction and labor costs, the developers completed one of the largest apartment projects since the 1970s in Colorado Springs.
The property features 3 acres of greenspace at the center of the project with a resort-style pool, outdoor grilling area, fire pits and walking gardens. In addition, the property has a fitness center and co-working facilities.
About the project: The 330-unit property has views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountain front range.
What the judges said: Randy Dowis, principal at NAI Highland Commercial Group, said the project offered a “more downtown architectural style in a suburban setting.”
They made it happen: Managing Director Clay Roby of Stillwater Capital, Founding Partner/Principal Ben Colonomos of PointOne Holdings and Director of Real Estate Tina Luck of Greystar Real Estate Partners.
