A joint venture between The NRP Group and PointOne Holdings has started construction on Highland District, a 390-unit luxury community in Tysons Corner, Va. The development has a completion date for summer 2022. 

The community will be located at 1768 Old Meadow Road. The five-story mid-rise property is within a half-mile of Route 123, the McLean Metro Station and the Interstate 495 Capital Beltway and Route 123 interchange. It is also a walkable distance from Capital One’s new world headquarters campus and nearby Northrop Grumman and MITRE campuses. 

Highland District will offer residents upscale units featuring residential amenities including a clubhouse with gaming rooms, work spaces, yoga lawns, outdoor grilling areas and jogging paths. Other amenities include a concierge, fitness center with separate spin and cardio studios, infinity edge pool and package concierge. 

Additionally, there is a fully-funded bicycle and pedestrian path that connects the property to Tysons Corner Center and a shopping mall through a bridge over the Capital Beltway. 

Last year, The NRP Group partnered with The Buncher Co. for the development of The District, a 442-unit apartment community in Pittsburgh.
