Last week the PointOne Holdings partners as well as our investors celebrated the Mason Sugarloaf grand opening with a reception in the beautiful new clubhouse plus tours of the property. The event was a success thanks to the coordination between the property’s management company Woodward Management Partners and The Communal Group. Mason Sugarloaf, a newly built 312-unit Class “A” 3 and 4-story garden style residential complex in Lawrenceville, GA, is now over 50% leased.
