Mr. Colonomos is a Founding Partner of PointOne Holdings and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He oversees sourcing and asset management for the firm, playing a key role in the strategic planning process by aligning sourcing initiatives and asset performance with the firm’s overall vision. In addition, Mr. Colonomos is also involved in fundraising efforts, supporting the firm’s initiatives to build strong investor relationships and secure capital for its projects.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Colonomos has contributed to real estate transactions totaling more than $2.2 billion.

Before co-founding PointOne Holdings, Mr. Colonomos was the founder and CEO of MSI Corp., a Miami Lakes-based wholesale distribution company. Under his leadership, the company achieved annual revenues exceeding $40 million. His extensive expertise in business operations and development has been instrumental to PointOne Holdings’ success.

Mr. Colonomos earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tulane University and completed postgraduate studies at George Washington University.
