Mr. Lewin is a Founding Partner of PointOne Holdings and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He oversees the firm’s development department and operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects of the company’s activities. Mr. Lewin is actively involved in the firm’s strategic planning, contributing his expertise to align operational initiatives with the company’s broader goals. He also heads the compliance department, maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.

With a strong focus on operational efficiency, Mr. Lewin has been a key contributor to real estate transactions totaling more than $2.2 billion. His leadership in streamlining processes and managing development initiatives has been central to the firm’s sustained growth and success.

Prior to co-founding PointOne Holdings, Mr. Lewin held senior management positions at technology, manufacturing, and distribution companies in South Florida, where he oversaw major growth and optimization initiatives.

Mr. Lewin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
