David Lewin is a founding partner of PointOne Holdings. He is responsible for strategic planning, oversight of all capital improvements and implementation and management of all operation and technology. Lewin has been a principal in real estate deals that total more than $1.8 billion in transactional value. Prior to joining PointOne, Lewin held several senior level management positions, including vice president of operations and director of operations, at various technology, manufacturing and distribution firms in South Florida. Lewin received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
