Mr. Peicher is a Founding Partner of PointOne Holdings and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and oversees its capital markets and fundraising initiatives. In addition, he leads deal negotiations, and agreements, ensuring the successful structuring and execution of transactions that align with the firm’s objectives.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, Mr. Peicher has been instrumental in building a portfolio exceeding $2.2 billion in transactional value. Since 2002, he has been actively engaged in the real estate sector, founding and managing ventures spanning acquisitions, development, and investment strategy.

Prior to co-founding PointOne Holdings, Mr. Peicher established and grew a retail chain in Venezuela employing over 200 individuals. In Florida, he served as the master franchise owner of Cartridge World, the leading global ink and toner cartridge retail brand, which he successfully scaled and exited in 2010.

Mr. Peicher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
