Mike McGuire joined PointOne Holdings in 2026 as an Investment Analyst, bringing corporate real estate and investment sales experience from internships with Smurfit WestRock and Berkadia. A Georgia State University graduate with a B.B.A. in Real Estate, Mike supported Smurfit WestRock’s national real estate portfolio through lease administration and asset-level analysis, and underwrote more than $200 million in multifamily assets at Berkadia. In his role at PointOne, he supports investment analysis and underwriting across the portfolio, helping evaluate deal opportunities and inform acquisition decisions.
