Over a period of 30 months starting from January 2011 until June 2013, PointOne Holdings acquired, renovated, leased and managed a portfolio of over 350 single family homes in the greater Atlanta Metro area. The single family homes in the PointOne Holdings portfolio were located in vibrant areas with residents and neighbors who demonstrated a connection with their communities and a strong pride of ownership in their homes. The average property configuration in the portfolio was 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom averaging 1,500 square feet of living space.

PointOne holdings acquired the single family properties in its portfolio for below replacement value with a basis of $35 to $100 per square foot including the cost of land. Acquisition cost plus rehab ranged between $40,000 and $100,000 per property with a yearly gross rental income between $9,600 and $18,000. The PointOne Holdings single family portfolio was sold on June 26, 2013.
