PointOne holdings acquired the single family properties in its portfolio for below replacement value with a basis of $35 to $100 per square foot including the cost of land. Acquisition cost plus rehab ranged between $40,000 and $100,000 per property with a yearly gross rental income between $9,600 and $18,000. The PointOne Holdings single family portfolio was sold on June 26, 2013.
